We are seeking a marketing and finance recruiter to help us build a scalable recruiting environment while working closely with our business and HR partners to develop creative, innovative and effective external and internal recruiting strategies.

Key Opportunities for this Role:
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management. Interact with our Jobs2Web Talent Community within Windows Phone and lead sourcing initiatives.
Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
Assess, plan, and deploy internal staffing resources for best efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Participate in and lead special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
Candidate Generation: Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategy and tactics designed to recruit senior and niche marketing and finance talent-including driving a business plan which is geared at building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking, and direct sourcing
Client Management: Leads the staffing process for complex hiring profiles; has high impact with clients. Understand and participate in client growth strategies as well as overall mobile strategic plans.
Operational Excellence: Drives process improvement and/or policy definitions; seen as an expert in a given area and coaches others. Assess and improve current staffing processes.
Partnerships: Deliver on target staffing plans on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Partner closely with HRBPs and Business Leaders to ensure headcount and hiring activity is current all the time. Partner with Talent Sourcer on pivotal roles and skill gaps.
Planning: Develops and implements a plan that addresses both the business demand and availability of talent for both short and long term needs (12 months).

Successful Background Includes:
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and Internet research.
Recognized as a highly consultative, top producing recruiter, seen as an innovator, and proactive with process improvements and bottom line results.
