What We're Looking For...

-3+ Yrs Advanced experience with Magento and BS in Computer Science or related field
-Hands on PHP, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS
-CakePHP (huge +)
-MySQL and PostgreSQL - bothSQL query language and database structure/design
SVN
-UNIX/Apache web hosting server environment, Plesk
-Full SDLC experience with Agile Methodology practices
-Prototype and Scriptaculous Javascript libraries
-Must have Experience with Adobe Potoshop
