The Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle management of security projects for the organization globally. This includes supervising, planning and organizing activities as well as managing the implementation of complex business requirements and processes. Manage customer expectations throughout the delivery while managing scope and project profitability issues.

Responsibilities and Activities:
- Utilizes industry-accepted project management principles and firm-established project management tools and processes to direct project teams in the definition, planning and execution of complex long-term projects crossing multiple disciplines and geographies. Utilizes industry-accepted methodologies and processes to bring projects in on schedule, within budget, and to the customer's requirements. Develops business cases and implements all necessary tools to support the organization's global security and risk management strategy. Develops and maintains all project documentation.
- Works with project customers, project sponsors, business analysts, customer relationship managers, project team members and other specialists as needed, in the planning and execution of large-scale security projects. Works closely with end users, business representatives, and other stakeholders to understand and prioritize business goals and security needs.
- Promotes the PMO and disciplined models across the enterprise and provides program/project training as deemed necessary. Establishes project structures and staffing plans, and participates in staffing process, which may include selection of personnel from across the organization and third party vendors. Serves as a project sponsor and primary interface with executive sponsors for all projects. Ensures quality reviews are held with the project teams, and obtains executive acceptance where necessary. Leverages relationships and influence within the organization to ensure project success.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)

Skills & Abilities:
- Ensures that all projects meet expected regulatory and compliance program requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70, and ISO.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional entities across the enterprise.
- Organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations, verbal/written communications and human resource management.
- General understanding of the client lifecycle functions, including sales, implementation and ongoing services.

Education & Experience:
- Requires a bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) in business, information systems or other related degree or an equivalent in education and experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- CISA, CISSP certification preferred
- Must have demonstrated project management/leadership abilities
4 years experience with security, governance, risk and compliance
