Key Role:
Gain experience and access to all Combatant Commander Operations Plans and Concept Plans (OPLANs and CONPLANs). Develop standardized executive summary for each OPLAN and CONPLAN, CONOPS brief for each OPLAN and CONPLAN. Identify and develop recommendations to leadership on Phase 0 shaping activities to set the conditions for executing select OPLANs and CONPLANs. Demonstrate expertise with MAGTF operations, including Amphibious and Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) operations and articulate doctrine, concepts, and capabilities currently available and expected in the future. Conduct exercise design to optimally align exercise objectives to specific OPLAN and CONPLAN responsibilities, including Defense Support Civilian Authorities (DSCA).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-6+ years of experience with conducting crisis action procedures in support of rapid planning, including DSCA operations-Ability to analyze DSCA requirements and advise commanders and staff on the preparation, planning, and coordination of MAGTF Support-Ability to develop operational processes to expedite the composite, deployment, and employment of a Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
