Key Role:
Apply knowledge of MILCON/MINOR construction policy and procedures for DoD facilities. Attend scheduled DoD facilities meetings. Provide input for new MILCON projects and prioritize MILCON projects. Review the condition of each facility and track open repair tickets and facility upgrades. Create and update long-range facilities plans, manage facility use at each camp, and track compliance with minimum square footage policy. Review MILCON projects and provide input on recommend changes and new MILCON projects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-2+ years of experience as a lead planner or assistant lead planner for a major project-2+ years of experience as a facilities officer or facilities chief-Knowledge of MILCON/MINOR construction policy and procedures-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
