Key Role:

Work with the Global Combat Support System (GCSS) program office to make the system changes that are required to provide the DoD with a world-class supply and maintenance system that effectively supports garrison and deployed operations and meets Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) standards. Ensure that the users are proficient in GCSS-MC by coordinating the sustainment training being provided by the Material Readiness Training Cell (MRTC). Survey the proficiency of units and provide on-site training by coordinating the Post Cut-over Assist Visits (PCAV). Manage feedback regarding GCSS-MC performance from senior leadership by conducting conferences, as necessary with senior logisticians and higher headquarters.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with global combat support systems
-Experience with IT or computer expertise
-Experience with managing large on-line enterprise system
-Experience with factors that affect transaction latency and network latency
-Experience with Windows 7 operating system settings and Windows Internet Explorer 8 settings
-Knowledge of SQL
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of the supply policies and procedures
-Knowledge of the maintenance policies and procedures
-Oracle DBA Certification preferred
