Key Role:
Gain experience and access to all Combatant Commander Operations Plans and Concept Plans (OPLANs and CONPLANs). Develop and retain a standardized executive summary for each OPLAN and CONPLAN to enable rapid familiarization. Develop and retain a CONOPS brief for each OPLAN and CONPLAN. Develop a supporting multi-functional Concept Plan for select Combatant Commander OPLANs and CONPLANs. Develop an amphibious capability through a systematic approach to revising doctrine, concepts, and capabilities currently available and expected in the future. Identify existing Combatant Commander Exercises with direct linkages to OPLANs and CONPLANs. Conduct exercise design to optimally align exercise objectives to specific OPLAN and CONPLAN responsibilities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-6+ years of experience with conducting crisis action procedures in support of rapid planning-Experience with Amphibious and Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) planning-Knowledge of the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) organization-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
