Description
Key Role:
Support the Navy Expeditionary Combat (NECC) Readiness and Cost Reporting Program as a subject matter expert in the areas of personnel, equipment, supply, training and ordnance readiness metrics analysis, capability analysis, and Navy Mission Essential Tasks (NMETS) analysis. Apply experience with the Defense Readiness Reporting System Navy (DRRS-N) and Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) to support the development and analysis of readiness and cost report requirements in direct support of the man, train, and equip role for all NECC reporting units. Ensure that implementation milestones are met and interface directly with the client to develop and refine force capability areas, capabilities, and NMETs. Facilitate large client working groups to identify critical requirements and conduct user training. Provide NECC RCRP readiness requirements analysis, business rule definition, metrics analysis, data analysis, and implementation and operations support to increase the commander's confidence in readiness results and to rapidly identify, adjudicate, and correct discrepancies. This position is located in San Diego, CA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience with Navy, including warfare-Experience with Navy expeditionary combat command forces-Experience with Microsoft Office-Experience with providing decisional briefs to senior-level officers-Knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of the Navy Defense Readiness Reporting System Navy (DRRS-N) supporting readiness data analysis-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with NECC authoritative readiness data sources, including Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), Navy Reserve Readiness Module (NRRM), Navy Enlisted System (NES), Officer Personnel Information System (OPINS), Navy Marine Corps Civilian Management Personnel System (NMCMPS), Construction and Special Equipment Management Information System (CASEMIS), Craft and Boat Support System-21 (CBSS-21), Crane Night Vision and Electro-Optics (NVEO), Crane Weapons, Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System (COLTS), Readiness Cost Engine - Training (RCE-T), and Ordnance Information System (OIS) a plus-Possession of excellent analytical problem solving skills-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
