Overview:

Performs a variety of support activities in the Human Resources Operations/Recruiting group. Primary role is to support the recruiting process including a high volume of interview scheduling, coordinating relocation, preparing offer packets and preparing candidate expense reports. In addition, actively participates in improvement projects related to candidate experience, and group policies and processes.

Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this role is to design and execute and deliver a great candidate and hiring manager interview experience
- This candidate needs to be systematic, an analytical thinker and outlook wizard.
- Able to consistently manage and navigate up to eight dynamic outlook calendars while maintaining a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Pleasant, engaging and solution oriented style on the phone, while delivering concierge level customer service.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset and identify cracks in the process, design a better solution, implement and execute.
- Manage the candidate through the pre-boarding process.
- Own the pre-boarding administrative process.
- This candidate does not need to have a traditional Recruiting or HR background the right person will have experience on managing busy schedules while remaining calm, cool and collective and able to serve a wide variety of personalities.

Qualifications:
- Administrative support experience of which one year in Staffing is preferred.
- AA degree or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality.
- Strong oral, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks with strong computer PC skills; Windows environment, especially MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of or experience working in an organization that practices World Class Quality procedures preferred.
