Yammer is looking for a Visual Designer to join our growing Creative Team. We're looking for candidates to push the design envelop, build the Yammer brand, and inspire customers to change the way they work.

The ideal candidate is versatile in web and interactive design, but also has experience in print and illustration.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative solutions for complex marketing campaigns.
Work with marketers to understand project goals and deliver creative concepts/visual design solutions that meet these goals.
Work closely with web developers, copywriters, and other designers to execute projects, producing results within committed timelines.
Work strategically to identify brand consistency issues and provide solutions.
Provides direction to contract employees.
Work cross functionality with Yammer and other Microsoft teams, partnering closely with key stakeholders to continue developing the Yammer brand.

Requirements:
3-6 years of experience, with at least 2 years web design work.
Experience with graphic design, print, mobile websites, and responsive web design.
Extremely proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. PowerPoint, Keynote, WordPress and motion design experience is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and an inspiring work ethic
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously while partnering with developers, copywriters, marketers, vendors, production companies, and other stakeholders and other stakeholders.
Working knowledge of HTML/Javascript
Experience executing general QA reviews (identify bug trends and drive resolution process) is a plus
Meticulous with design details and quality
