Representative Human Resources Internship opportunities are as follows:
Human Resources -
The focus of interns in this role will be to assist the HR representatives with day-to-day responsibilities that are crucial to our operations. People in this role will be required to engage with employees at various levels of the organization and prove themselves to be a valuable resource to anyone that has HR related questions or issues. Some of the responsibilities include presentations on current projects, employee processing, planning employee events and training, and developing an understanding of different departments.
Recruiting/Candidate Care -
The recruiting intern will operate as part of our world class candidate care team. The will work with recruiters to facilitate sourcing, interviewing, and ultimately bringing diverse talent to the Stryker team. Some of the responsibilities include scheduling on-site interviews, making travel arrangements, greeting candidates as they arrive for their interview, sourcing, and inputting data within our applicant tracking system.
University Relations -
The intern in this role will be responsible for supporting the University Relations team through database management, marketing, social media, and event planning. This work is very important in attracting top talent to Stryker. The ability to communicate effectively, network, and b ring creative ideas are essential in this role.

Qualifications/Work Experience
Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
3.0 GPA or above
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proven leadership and business acumen skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills.
