SAP Human Resources (HR) Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an SAP Human Resources (HR) Analyst to join our client in Seattle, WA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business users at all different levels to assist with existing system setup and recommend changes.
- Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology efforts.
- Write functional specs to assist offshore with new development efforts.
- Blueprint and/or demo new functional areas n SAP not being used (ie time entry).
- Apply strong knowledge of business processes for designing, developing and testing SAP functions associates with Human Resource (HR) operations, which includes expertise in HR Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Time Management.
- Facilitate blueprinting and design session and create functional requirements.
- Configure SAP HCM systems to meet client business requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training aof end-0user, including sharing best practices.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent discipline required.
- A minimum of five (5) years prior SAP HCM consulting or equivalent industry experience.
- At least two (2) full life cycle implementations as an SAP HCM functional consultant.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.
