Job Responsibilities:

Implement high-quality code in an agile, test-driven development environment. Work in small agile teams to rapidly prototype and deploy new software features to fulfill our customers' requests Create technical designs for application features and associated documentation. Provide technical leadership, direction, and design expertise to our development team and work closely with other team members on technical issues and complex problems. Extend core platform and develop new features that become candidates for our core applications in the future. Work with representatives from a variety of internal departments, clients, and third party vendors to define and refine project requirements. Work actively to improve quality and efficiency by evaluating standards and suggesting improvements. Perform applications performance and scalability analysis as needed using Java and JEE-proficient with web-related technologies including JSP, Servlets and JavaScript-Solid in Object Oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (any) with 6 months experience as Software Engineer or Software Developer, Member Software Development in the job, or Bachelors Degree with five years experience as Software Engineer or Software Developer, Member Software Development and/or any suitable combination of education, training or work experience is acceptable.
