Responsibilities: CONFERENCE CENTER SUPPORT - Analyst
The Successful analyst will be responsible for customer meetings and presentations including but not limited integration of video conference and video streaming Technologies during normal business hours. They will also maintain all A/V equipment software and firmware upgrades and conference room projector preventative maintenance including changing lamps.
Other Responsibilities will include
- General Audio/Video consultation for miscellaneous business needs
- General Technical equipment support for conference center technologies.
- Maintain communications and reporting with local conference center operations stakeholders.
- Coordination with site facilities and electrician support as needed for site operations.
- Provide the customer facing support and responses to all site employees and contractors business-wide for audio/video management activities.
- Validate essential audio video reservation requests to ensure the appropriate technology/equipment is available and the data submitted is accurate
- Work with end users to resolve all audio/video related problems.
- Maintain accurate system hardware documentation and make recommendations for removal of equipment, as well as make recommendations for upgrades when systems is nearing capacity.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years Experience in the Audio-Visual or IT Industry
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco Telepresence technologies: including Movi, C, MX, EX Series Telepresence codecs, Telepresence Room Systems
- Audio-Board operation & Audio fundamentals and Fundamentals of audio-visual installation
- Working operation of display technologies including LCDs, LED, Plasma, Projector, Smartboard and Video Wall technology
- Software knowledge and experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Webex, Excel, and Cisco Movi
- Operating knowledge of digital signage solutions
- Recommended certifications - Cisco Collaboration Specialist and CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) - General
