Financials Workstream Lead - Springfield, IL

My client is looking for a Financials Workstream Lead to lead the financial suite roadmap development with implementation strategy, further design and development of different phases of the financial suite and continued global implementations.  This team will align with the company ERP strategy and work with other financial transformation and technical projects as needed.

NEEDS:

• Knowledge of the end-to-end accounts payable, accounts receivable, capital project accounting, or general ledger business process and the respective accounting controls. 
• 7 years of professional experience as well as leadership skills                                                   
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent                                                
• Ability to analyze operational procedures and recommend process improvements to ensure industry best practices                                                         
• Knowledge of financial systems, data, end-to-end processes, reporting and accounting controls
  -Accounts Payable
  -Accounts Receivable
  -Fixed Assets
  -General Ledger"
• Experience with financial process improvement, financial suite design or implementation, or use of JDE/other ERP financial systems                                                           
• Exposure to international operations a plus
