Financial Reporting Manager - Accounting, CPA, Big 4 Experience Retail Merchandiser - Furniture Industry We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager with Manufacturing or Retail experience to join a leading Furniture Manufacturing Company located in the St. Louis, MO. area.
We are searching for an experience Financial Reporting Manager who will coordinate all aspects of development and review of Asset Based Lending reporting to lenders, including borrowing base calculation, inventory and AR information.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing asset based lending reports for third party lenders required by the SEC.
* Internal and external reporting.
* Coordinate internal, external, and bank audits.
* Work with SOX controls.
Education and Qualifications:
* 4 year accounting degree (minimum).
* CPA
* Experience as senior or manager from Big 4 Public Accounting Firm is preferred.
* Strong in accounting, public company reporting, and internal controls.
* Strong work ethic.
* Great communication skills (oral and written).
* Ability to develop solutions independently, understand and consider perspectives of others, manage through challenges, and lead projects to completion.
* Manufacturing or retail experience preferred.
* SAP experience preferred.
* IFRS and XBRL experience is a plus.
