The candidate will be responsible for performing analytic duties for a new web-based system for the United States Treasury. Duties will include interviewing, documenting requirements gathering sessions, analysing documentation, maintaining the project's analysis knowledge base, writing use cases, mocking up web-pages, and developing process flows and activity diagrams.

Candidate should be experienced with facilitating client interview sessions and directly participating in detailed analysis and data modelling discussions.

At a minimum, project team will consist of a project manager, a systems analyst, a senior Java developer, and several web developers. Department level application and data architects will work closely with the project team as required.

Required Skills/Experience:
-Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
-At least three years experience performing as an Object Oriented Analyst
-A thorough understanding of the Unified Process.
-Excellent analytical skills.
-Some Facilitation skills
-Ability to read and understand Entity Relationship Diagrams
-Ability to write database queries.

Preferred Skills/Experience
-Experience working with geographically dispersed clients.
- OO Technical design and development background

Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating user interview sessions (in person or via conference calls)
- Documenting requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyzing business documentation.
- Maintaining project's knowledge base documentation.
- Creating Use Cases, process flows, and activity diagrams.
- Mocking up reports or web pages (Dreamweaver or similar product).
- Assisting project manager with planning and estimation.
- Performing verification testing with developers by performing database queries.
