Together, our talented people develop and help manage our brand, control our finances, run our IT Services, and take care of many thousands of tasks involved in making sure our firm runs smoothly. Our Human Resources team is responsible for managing the initiatives and programs that drive and support KPMG's Employer of Choice/Partnership of Choice strategy. They provide benefits and services for partners and employees, and manage, analyze, and report on personnel requirements, including recruitment, retention, and alumni relationships, and help ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Jacksonville, Tampa or Orlando office.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy office university recruiting strategy for all Audit, Tax and Advisory practices to achieve annual hiring goals for Full time needs, internship needs, and pre-identification for candidate pipeline
* Oversee office and campus activities calendar and budgets (hiring and financial)
* Develop and report on recruiting strategy for targeted schools, operational plans and branding activities to attract top talent
* Ensure hiring process complies with KPMG policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations
* Supervise recruiting coordinator in office as indicated by office structure
* Participate in national programs, projects and taskforces
Qualifications:
* Minimum two years of experience in campus recruiting, marketing or similar role; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Demonstrated presentation skills and financial reporting and budgeting skills
* Available to work overtime including on evenings and weekends as needed
* Ability to travel fifty percent annually
