Job Overview:
The Account Coordination Manager will primarily be responsible for developing and expanding existing and new Key accounts in the assigned industry segment(s). If applicable, relocation assistance would be provided for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement the strategic business plans for accounts
- Call on customers presenting summaries of the value-added to the customer's business through our activities as well as new concepts and products
- Ensure appropriate customer service delivery emphasizing the consistent delivery of the Six Service Standards
- Personally contact and secure major new business accounts at the Corporate level
- Coordinate with and may direct Regional Key Account Managers, local field service and sales organizations to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met throughout the geographic regions, best practices are deployed, and a consistent delivery of the Six Service Standards is provided to the assigned customer base
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 10 years of industry-specific sales and/or marketing experience
- Strong management experience where applicable
- Prior experience in sales for finished fuel additives
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated sales ability with Corporate contacts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry
- Entrepreneurial attitude, customer-centered focus, leadership ability, and ability to be a team player on all levels
- Ability to comprehend and make valid contributions to developing a business plan, including sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to develop and accomplish sales and budget forecasts
