In this position you will:

*Maintain excellent customer service while conducting primary dialer calls to collect on consumer loan accounts 1-120 days past due.

*Respond to internal and external customer account inquiries and resolve problems and make recommendations.

*Responsible for meeting specific objectives with regards to Quality Scores, Adherence, Work Codes, etc.

Requirements

*Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others while providing a high level of customer service.

*Collections or Customer Service experience in a call center is preferred, but not required

*Must have availability to work between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday through Saturday.

*High school diploma or GED

*Drug/background check will be administered.
