Description:

Be knowledgeable in (or willing to learn) social media use including Facebook platform and it's functionality
Maintain detailed history and records of various client contacts
Communicate with cross functional groups as needed to resolve client issues
Answer inbound client calls and handle client inquiries
Provide updates to various components of clients Digital Media advertising
Provide email or phone support within 48 hours when contacted by a client, sales or other functional group
Provide an excellent customer service experience to new and existing clients

Requirements
Excellent Customer Service skills (prefer 3-5 years of customer service/call center experience)
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of Social Media
Strong oral and written skills
