Interfaces with customer, project engineering, and program management to determine ground support systems requirements. Develops system level requirements and translates those into requirements for product development and aeronautical engineering. Provides technical oversight and review support to development groups during product design and development. Develops test plans and procedures and executes same during test and integration phases of project. Interfaces with customer during all lifecycle phases to insure customer requirements are being met. Works with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work. Provides regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to keep management and customer informed.

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (EE, CE, SC, Math, Physics, etc.) and a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The candidate must have experience with webservers. Experience with Linux, databases, and Scripting highly desirable. Previous experience with enterprise systems is a plus. Experience with ISR systems is also desirable. Must be able to interpret customer requirements and write requirements that support development and modification of enterprise systems. Must be able to review and interpret engineering design documents for adherence to requirements. Must be able to generate test plans to verify and validate requirements. Good verbal and written communications skills are essential. Current Security certification is highly desirable.

Position requires an active DoD security clearance at the Secret level and must be able to obtain and maintain at higher levels which requires US citizenship. Candidates with an active DoD security clearance at the Top Secret level preferred.

Candidate must be willing to work a flexible job schedule to include off-shift work and occasional overtime.

Some travel may be required.
