The Lead Field Area Manager will be responsible for all Branch related functions to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards. Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:

  • Be involved in human resource responsibilities; staffing and organizing the Branch with qualified personnel; appraising performance and counseling personnel for personal development and improvement; adhere to and reinforce policies and procedures
  • Provide training to personnel; quality, policies & procedures, and job functions
  • Direct and participate in sales activities to maintain customer base, develop new customers and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Oversee service activities to ensure service work is coordinated, completed and performed to customer requirements
  • Provide feedback of field problems through preparations and processing Customer Performance Reports (CPR's)
  • Oversee manufacturing operations to achieve cost, delivery and quality objectives
  • Oversee financial activities for the facility; prepare and control budget, invoicing and inventory levels
  • Oversee and ensure necessary maintenance of all Company equipment
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations
  • Supervise and support all departments under direct responsibility
  • Assist and oversee all production planning Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of 4 additional years Field experience and/or training)
  • Minimum 3 years industry related experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.   • Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Syteline
  • Highly Advanced Language Skills, Highly Advanced Mathematical Skills, and Advanced Reasoning Ability
