In this dynamic role you will support Manufacturing, New Product Development, and Regulatory to ensure systems are in compliance with all internal and external guidelines.
What You Need To Apply:
~ Bachelor degree with five years of quality engineering experience within the medical device industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
~ Initiates new or revised documentation and tracks through appropriate approval cycles and implementation
~ Maintain a professional working relationship with internal & external customer and support staff
~ Participate and/or lead cross-functional teams.
~ Provide technical support on components, material methods, systems and equipment.
~ Develop physical and functional test requirements to assure specifications & regulations are met.
~ Write, review and approve protocols, reports and data.
~ Conduct testing outlined in protocols and test methods
~ Execute validation studies on equipment & processes
~ Execute design controls
~ Analyze design inputs
~ Conduct complaints investigations
~ Understand and follows company procedures and regulatory requirements.
~ Participate in and provide input to training on department & division procedures, and policies.
~ Prepare and submit for approval requests for project funding. Participate in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking.
~ Plan and coordinate engineering test builds.
~ Analyze problems in design, process and test development.
~ Prepare and present oral and written project updates and technical discussions.
~ Develop and implement procedures to provide easy to follow instructions.
