Process Engineer

Moog Components Group is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Process Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring and managing all wet lab functions and new product and process development. In this position, you will troubleshoot in a Printed/Flexible Circuit Manufacturing environment. You'll control dry film and wet process areas with regard to chemistry and materials used. In this role you will contribute to CAM-tooling, CNC drill/rout and lamination press operations and write procedures and develop processes as required. You can expect to implement Lean initiatives throughout processes and procedures and control and monitor SPC for wet and dry process areas. You can expect to provide customer service at all internal and external levels.

You'll Need:

. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field with 3 - 5 years of experience preferred or a two-year technical degree in chemistry with 5 - 8 years of relevant chemistry experience

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated team/relationship building skills

. Knowledge and experience using analytical tools such as SPC, Gage R&R, 5Why or Fault Trees

. To be able to work with Microsoft Office Applications

. The ability to make and translate process micro-selections

. Knowledge of performing wet process analysis

. Experience in Technical Writing (ie, Formal Reports, Procedures, etc.)

Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience using electronics and fiber optics as well as familiarity with automotive PPAP process and/or AS9102 First Article Inspections.

U.S. citizen or permanent resident status is required.
