TASC an Engility Company is seeking a candidate to provide administrative support and day-to-day customer service. At a minimum, the candidate will possess a mid to advanced knowledge of and skill in the use of current computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and the Internet. The candidate will be current on practices associated with filing and tracking systems. Possessing the ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities would be a necessary skill. The candidate must have the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality over work related issues. Knowledge of quality assurance procedures is required to ensure data integrity and timeliness of data released by the department. The candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers' routine to highly complex questions in a clear and concise manner and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

. Maintain Calendars for Division, Branches, Conference Room, and Programs

. Track Visit Requests

. Update Door Sheets

. Verify Access logs and issue badges

. Update Badges in access computer

. Maintain all correspondence. Create/edit/proofread.

. Maintain correspondence logs.

. Maintain access lists, phone lists, and property records.

. Assist with shipping and mail

. Prepare paper visit requests

. Man Access from 0630 - 1600 (flexible regarding lunch 30 - 1 hour with end of day adjustment)
