Enterprise Level Program Manager for Cloud Solutions Start- IT P IT Program Manager Growing infrastructure management firm is seeking to expand its elite team of technology consultants a Program Manager to act as an Engagement Manager and will lead a team of solutions consultants and engineers specializing in web software development process and cloud infrastructure.
This role will be responsible for managing the overall client relationship and providing leadership of project delivery teams. They will provide a business development role to create proposals and oversee the creation of client-facing deliverables. Clients include venture-backed startups, professional investors seeking auditing services, and technology companies of various sizes. This person will be responsible for overall delivery such as audit findings, recommendations, and provide billable technology strategy services such as project planning and product management.
This role will lead delivery teams and duties to include:
-Assess technology companies on behalf of our clients in the Venture Capital and Private Equity community.
-Perform billable work providing CTO-Level technology strategy services to clients such as program planning, technology budgeting, platform recommendation, and software development process optimization.
-Draft Proposals and Statements of Work for client engagements related to cloud infrastructure and IT strategy consulting.
-Oversee the development of all client-facing deliverables by the project teams consisting of software architects and cloud infrastructure experts.
-Recommend industry standard best practices for technology planning, organization and project implementation.
-Increase revenue by growing existing accounts and seeking out new business.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
-Expertise with leading-edge cloud hosting technologies and data center operations as well as familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure Management tools.
-Fluency in data center auditing standards and procedures such as PCI, ISO 27001, NIST and HIPAA
-Expertise with selecting and deploying enterprise-level software platforms such as CRM, MVC Frameworks, Content Management Systems, E-Commerce platforms.
-Demonstrated professional †thought leadership†credentials displaying industry recognition such as professional certifications, authorship of articles, influential blogs, white papers, or conference lectures.
-Familiarity with the latest cloud-based web technology architectures.
-Expert knowledge of best practices with respect to the scalability, performance, and reliability of web-based software systems.
-Impeccable personal presentation exhuming confidence, intelligence, calm demeanor under pressure
-Experience providing managed hosting or data center outsourcing services to clients in a variety of industries.
-Experience selling technology solutions in a consulting context with senior account management or business development responsibilities
-Experience managing a book of business that generated consulting revenues between $300k †$2million per year.
-At least 5 years experience in a hands-on technology operations role, either as a mid-level software developer, project manager, UI/UX Information Architect, or data center systems administrator.
-5+ years experience managing software development or data center teams working on a diverse array of projects in a variety of industries.
-Some background at major technology consulting firms or agencies a plus.
-Fluency in management consulting methodologies and technology consulting best practices.
-Excellent writing skills and ability to draft reports at both the strategic (CTO-Level) and tactical (Engineering) level.
-Impeccable time management and organized, detail-oriented work habits.
