Security Analyst - CISSP, Malware Analysis, Packet Analysis Security Analyst We are looking for talented, Security Analyst to join our Malware Analysis team. You must have an active Secret Clearance to be considered for this position
Based in Beltsville, MD, we are one of the most exciting defense contractors to hit the news. We are in the first year of a five year contract and we have been with this client for ten years. This is an immediate opening and is NOT contingent upon winning an award! Currently, we are looking to hire an extremely bright Malware Analyst who can work closely with analysis tools, processes and products.
What you need for this position:
- An Active Secret Clearance
- At least 2 years of Malware experience (static and dynamic)
- Scripting experience
- Knowledge of Intrusion Detection System hardware and software
-Experience with networking monitoring and ticket support
What you will be doing:
-Malware analysis
-Work closely with Tier 1 analyst
-Ticket support
- Remediation for security incidents and events
-SHIFT FROM 6-2PM
