We are looking for a Systems Engineer who can provide onsite technical implementation and support services for our Real Time Location Solution (RTLS) across North America, Canada, and South America.
What you'll be doing:
- Install and configure the RTLS systems and solutions at customer sites: system installation, tuning, and commissioning of hardware and software products.
- Perform WLAN Site Surveys at customer sites to calibrate the RTLS or gather data regarding the wireless network.
- Gather ongoing product and customer feedback and related information
- Work closely with the development team to channel new ideas into the product development cycle.

What you need for this position:
- Bachelors degree OR equivalent technical certification
- CWNA, CWSP, NetPlus certifications highly desirable
- 1-3 years of experience with software applications, emerging technologies, and 802.11 networks
- Site Survey processes
- IP Networking
