Golder Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Geologist or Senior Environmental Engineer for our growing office in Westborough Massachusetts. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Job Requirements:
- Conducting business development activities, primarily in southern New England
- Rapid development and growth of Golder’s client base in southern New England
- Making complex decisions with limited guidance and review from senior staff
- Managing large and complex projects
- Providing technical direction and supervision to junior and intermediate staff
- Assisting with the growth of Golder’s Westborough Office including recruiting and client development The successful candidate will:
- Possess one or more professional certifications such as LSP, LEP, PE, PG or CHMM
- Have a proven business development track record including an existing New England client base
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
- Possess a working knowledge of Massachusetts and Connecticut waste site cleanup regulations
- Possess a high level of specialist skills in technical discipline areas
- Knowledge of client sectors such as; oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing and development/Brownfield
- Manage multi-disciplinary projects
- Continue development of technical specialty or service and participate in ongoing training and conferences
- Be able to communicate complex issues into simple tasks
