We are a well established company looking for a Senior .NET Developer to work on multiple projects and provide leadership within the team.
What you'll be doing:
*Participate in SDLC. Lead development for multiple projects.
*Communicate status for projects, track progress against plan and review project life cycle milestones.
* Supervise, coach, motivate, and reward development resources.
* Administer performance reviews and provide career planning.
* Participate in design and implementation of process quality improvements.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to efficiently and effectively lead development projects. Excellent knowledge/experience with standard development processes. Good verbal and written communication skills. Analytical ability, planning, organizing, decision-making, effective risk taking, initiative and ability to work effectively with all IT departments. Supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
