Overview: Responsible for support of company products and systems. Provides technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. Systems integrators participate with the customer in the strategic design process. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs.
Responsibilities: The Manager Level works on assignments of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Applies wide application of theories, concepts, and principals in identifying customer needs and defining support systems. Provides significant support in areas such as research and feasibility studies, tradeoff analyses, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings. Provides technical software advice for complex systems. Makes decisions on operating procedures and analytical approaches. Requires 5-10 years of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in servicing personal computer hardware and software required with a working knowledge of local and wide area networks, communications and host connectivity. Strong analytical skills and customer service abilities.
Qualifications: - Experience in managing people/Excellent communication skills
- Technical aptitude in networking, server, DB and client
- Experience/Certifications in ITIL, Six Sigma, Technologies, Project management, Process design a plus
- Ability to lead discovery meetings for projects
