Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

- Implement and execute a strategic nationwide campus recruitment plan that includes our Future Leaders Program (FLP), Future Leaders Internship Program (FLIP), and our enterprise wide entry level hiring.

- Partner with key officials at colleges and universities to ensure that The Hanover Insurance Group has positioned itself as a key target employer for high performing graduates.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with university contacts and specific student organizations.

- Work closely with Executive Leaders of Hanover Insurance to enhance existing FLP and FLIP program

- Establish and measure the program's progress and success with key metrics as it relates to sourcing university talent.

- Assist in the development of strategic marketing efforts and recruiting approach for each campus/university profile.

- Analyze, report and communicate pipeline status, data trends, key performance indicators and goals for each campus.

- Mobilize onsite visits and tours with prospective individuals or colleges interested in learning more about Hanover's FLP and FLIP programs.

- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to determine FLP and FLIP placement.

- Work closely with head of Talent Acquisition to drive enterprise strategy for other recruiting programs such as diversity and military hiring.

- Partner with Talent Management to assist in the development and execution of skills assessment, on-boarding, and assimilation of college hires

- Coordinate ordering and distributing promotional items for campus or onsite events.

Position Requirements

*

Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 7 years recruiting or HR related experience, with 3-5 years in college recruiting.

*

Requires a proven track record of success building a robust company-wide College Relations recruiting strategy.

*

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and ability to network and build relationships with external associations and institutions.

*

Time, workload management and organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.

*

Successful experience with program and project management.
