Delivery/Application Manager (Online/Retail/Fashion) International Projects has an opportunity to join a global fashion retail organisation in the heart of Austria's capital.

Are you looking for an increase in salary? Are you looking to lead an international team? Are you looking for more responsibility within a company that makes a difference?

Due to recent transformation within the organisation, you are required to lead a team of 2nd level engineers split between Vienna, Bratislava, India & Singapore. You will be based in the Vienna HQ in a client/stakeholder facing and have multiple opportunities to work on the latest tech, facilities & interesting projects.

Your duties:

- Manage an international Application Support team.

- Helping to enhance and improve end-to-end performance of the application support function.

- Mitigate any issues with the services to enhance products & services.

- Maintain strong relationships/lines of communication with shareholders.

- Lead the team to successfully analyse and monitor potential issues.

Your skills:

- You will have a background as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.

- You will have experience managing dispersed/international teams.

- You will have a great understanding of MS SQL/SQL Server.

- Very good English language skills.
