Workday Consultant (Contract)

Location: Vienna Country: Austria Rate: Euros Excellent


- English language skills (Written & Verbal)

- Ability to either Customise Workday or Develop Workday systems, processes & solutions

- Design & Create Workday processes

- Implementation of new Workday processes

- Experience within one of the following Workday sub-modules: Compensation | Performance | Learning

- Independant mindset, and the communication skills to work with End Users & Senior Stakeholders


- German language skills

- Interfacing experience with 3rd party Payroll systems

- Integration between Workday & SAP systems/solutions


Workday Consultant required by our client to work in a Workday environment that has recently be implemented and are pending 'Go-Live' at the end of June.

The client feel that there is a large scope for improvement in the system, and the next year will bring many changes. The project team are looking for support in the Workday area to be productive with the Workday solution, and identify processes & solutions that are absent in the system and work to build improvements.

The core sub-modules that the company are working with currently is Compensation, Performance & Learning. They are continuing to improve Compensation and will also bring in Job Categories and On-Boarding/Off-Boarding to the Workday solution.

To deliver Workday, the client are currently utilising a large Consulting business for the implementation and they are looking for an independent mindset, who can act as a neutral Workday Consultant to guide the business accordingly to deliver the best use of the Data Models for Interfacing.
