Location: Sydney Country: Australia

Client are an award winning Robotic Process Automation and Business Process Improvement consultancy. Due to expansion into the Australian market they require 2 exceptional graduates to commence on their intensive Appian training and certification course with placement onto banking sector clients thereafter on a 2 year career mentoring plan.

These are entry-level positions for recent graduates seeking to develop a career in Business Process Management consultancy.

The highly-regarded three-month training programme will equip you with the technical and professional skills to successfully deliver solutions to our clients. You will then join one of our project teams, working on-site with a client to put your training into practice.

Longer-term, the opportunities for ongoing professional development and increased leadership responsibility are exceptional.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and knowledge of system architecture and/or enterprise software (any knowledge of the principles of Business Process Management or Digital Transformation would be an advantage).

Your technical experience should include:

  • Web Technologies
  • GUI Design and Development
  • Databases (SQL)
  • Strong Interest or some experience in Digital Process Automation & Robotic Process Automation

Additionally, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • 2:1 degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and organisation skills.
  • Adaptability to work independently or as part of a team in a range of environments. The willingness to exhibit flexibility in meeting customers' needs is essential.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate appropriately with customers, other staff members and business associates.
  • Flexibility to travel; the office is in Sydney, but you must be willing to travel and work away from home from time to time.
  • Enthusiasm for being part of our team, engaging in the company culture and going the extra mile to achieve the business goals
