SAP Data & Analytics Project Manager (Contract)

Role Responsibilities The SAP Analytics Agile Project Manager will be required to:
  • Manage scope, timelines and dependencies.
  • Understand the complexities related to the delivery of a multi stream analytics initiative.
  • Communicate and manage project risks, issues and dependencies effectively.
  • Facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams.
  • Coach team members in Agile methodology, support transition from Waterfall approach to Agile approach, and assist in training team members on Agile concepts.
  • Foster and model a collaborative team environment.
  • Build and develop effective working relationships with businessstakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models aswell as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional projectmanagement principles and practices and the ability to blend themtogether in the right proportions to fit a project and businessenvironment.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing SAP Analytics projects using Agile methodologies (SAP Analytics Cloud project experience highly desirable).
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies withenterprise-level application development projects.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function, multi-vendor project teamswith members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QAPersonnel.
  • Balanced business/technical background.
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credibleleadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
