Regional Services Director

We are looking for a Regional Services Director for a well-known consulting company; the role will be to develop and deliver to a large customer base working across a multitude of projects and different clients.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a number of projects across an SAP HCM Practice with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors technology.

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversees the successful implementation of multiple and diverse projects with line management responsibility for multiple project managers.
  • Provides oversight, quality assurance and governance to all projects and provides guidance to team members
  • Develops strategies for delivery of new functionality by understanding its impact on existing projects, staffing, and abilities.
  • Champions and cntributes to the roll out of new methodologies and tools as they evolve
  • Contributes to the creation of Bid Models in conjunction the Solutioning and Sales teams
  • Builds strategic client and SAP relationships providing strategic consulting, leadership and resource alignment.
  • Provides program oversight by participating in appropriate client on-site meetings (eg kick off and iteration 2 review and Steering Committee/Project Control Group Meetings), identifying gaps in methodology, processes and tools, and mentoring consultative support and gap identification.
  • Provides leadership metrics on projects and program governance including project financial performance
Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a strong business focus with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of SAP HCM, you will need to have proven success delivering HCM programs of work.
