SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Contract)

About the company

Our client provides SAP and SuccessFactors consulting services and solutions across Australia and internationally for on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments including Project Management, Functional/Technical Consulting, Change Management and Business Engineering.

About the role

Provide implementation project expertise and support for an end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP implementation for a large multinational mining client based in New Zealand. Ensure an optimum product life cycle of application services that supports the businesses processes and deliverables.


Supporting the Project Manager and the broader implementation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Work with business stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide troubleshooting ability to resolve issues
  • Engage in requirement gathering and development of user cases

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience SAP Functional Consulting experience
  • Experience with end-to-end New Zealand SAP Payroll implementation or with New Zealand payroll
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to take a lead role on projects

  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Flexible working arrangements, hybrid or fully remote
