Business Analyst & Customer Care Manager - Australia (Permanent)

Location: Australia
 

Boréalis is the world most advanced stakeholder engagement software. Our main office is in Canada and our presence in Australia is constantly growing. We are currently looking for someone who can take charge of our Australian helpdesk and the project deliveries in the region - a hybrid business analyst and project manager. The position requires direct interactions with customers.

Are you highly motivated and resourceful? Are you a jack-of-all-trades of IT? Are your prioritization and communication skills excellent? This job is for you!

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer facing role

- Knowledgeable in corporate social responsibility

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- Good knowledge in information technology (data management and geographical information systems)

- Experience working with the mining, oil and gas industries (an asset)

- Knowledge of other language (an asset)

Responsibilities

- Assess client needs and suggest solutions

- Prepare project status reports during implementation of the software

- Ensure that the requirements and the schedule of the projects are on target

- Write technical document (user guide and training manuals)

- Provide training sessions for users (online and in person)

- Ensure the completion of user tests before on-site implementation

- Carry out data integration

- Ensure data integrity and security

- Identify business opportunities

- Suggest new solutions and communicate this information to the Customer Care Manager
