SAP Successfactors System Analyst - EC (Permanent)

Location: Sydney Country: Australia

Purpose of the position

Point of escalation for systems issues, troubleshooting issues and seeking out long term resolutions. In addition, act as a key support team member in SuccessFactors (EC) continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, opportunity to work on other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System administrator for all Success Factors EC requirements
  • Troubleshoot integration issues from SuccessFactors to downstream systems and modules
  • Report writing and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • Day-to-day system maintenance, interfaces, system integrity and improvements
  • Help build knowledge across People Services in Employee Central
  • Troubleshoot integration issues from SuccessFactors to downstream systems and modules
  • Manage the SuccessFactors half yearly upgrade process along with configuration changes required

You will have

  • Bachelor's Degree or TAFE equivalent certificate in Human Resources Management or other business related degree
  • Proven extensive HRIS administration knowledge and experience with the SuccessFactors EC
  • Understanding of Hire 2 Retire life cycle processes and the required administration
  • Excel and HR/Payroll reporting tools (ideally Success Factors Online Report Designer, Spinifex, and/or Business Objects)
  • Minimum of 3 years SAP EC system administration experience
  • Involvement in HR systems implementations (large scale and/or continuous improvements)
  • Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting issues with Successfactors (SAP EC)
  • Proven skills in reviewing detailed data, spotting anomalies and identifying solutions
  • Excellent communicator and ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders
