An exciting opportunity has arisen for several Business Analyst professionals on a 12 month project, Banking and Finance industry, located onsite at Melbourne Docklands, mid level to senior level required.

The Business Analyst will be accountable for the delivery of on time and to agreed quality, all assigned requirement documentation, as well as supporting the change and technical effort on-going. The BA will primarily be responsible for development of business requirements & processes required for the new control environment and solution changes that CSD (Corporate Super Data Program) are implementing for the receipt of eContributions. The BA will be responsible for producing the process & control design, with assistance from business SMEs and Business Improvement BPM resources. The BA will also be responsible for developing the solutions required for manual components of the design including excel workbooks and word templates.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Understand current state eContributions solution, the changes CSD are implementing and impacts on business processes & controls
  • Conduct requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and relevant BA techniques to document business requirements
  • Document requirements in a structured and qualitative manner
  • Produce business process maps including control points (in Visio)
  • Design & build tools required for manual business processes (in excel & word)
  • Facilitate document sign-offs
  • Provide support to testing phases
  • Ensure end to end business requirements traceability
  • Provide input/support to business readiness activities including procedures and work instructions
  • Provide support to implementation/release activities

You will possess: 

  • Minimum 3+ years as a Business Analyst working on Superannuation or operations projects to fixed timeframes
  • Superannuation operations processes
  • Finance industry experience


  • Strong understanding of Stronger Super eContributions environment
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Operations processes


  • Business Process modelling including tools
  • SDLC and Agile methodology and techniques
  • Previous experience in Superannuation projects/environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Business process modelling
  • Visio (advanced level)
  • Excel (advanced level)
  • Word (intermediate level)
  • Problem analysis & troubleshooting skills
  • BA frameworks, techniques and behaviours
  • Business engagement and stakeholder management
