Join one of Australia's most successful and well known specialist SAP recruitment and resourcing companies as we look to bring on-board a new Sales and Marketing Manager to set up our new brand - CloudApps Consulting.
This is an exciting time for Speller International as we push to grow this brand across our existing and new clients.

Founded in 2000, the Speller International team has built an enviable reputation as experts in the field of SAP resourcing and recruitment across Australia and Asia Pacific.

Speller International comprises of 3 divisions - SAP (IT), SAP Change and Training and Speller Consulting.

As the IT world evolves and the market demand has shifted to that of Cloud products so must we.

The role of Sales and Marketing Manager for our CloudApps brand will work closely with the Managing Director to set up this brand.

This will involve;
  • Establish brand logo and marketing material
  • Input in to the new website
  • Establish social media presence
  • Assist with the development of a Go-To Market Strategy
  • BDM to new and existing clients
  • Account Management
  • Resourcing and Recruitment activities
  • Build a recruitment team
You will be given support from management as well as your colleagues and you will be able to take advantage of existing PSA's and existing relationships but ultimately we are looking for a hungry sales person who truly enjoys the BDM aspect of recruitment.

We are looking for self-starter who works hard and is ethical; we place a higher focus on quality and building long term relationships. We encourage communication and collaboration internally. We offer very competitive commission plans along with other team bonus'/competition prizes and team building fun days along the way!

You will have:
  • Experience in sales/account management (pre requisite)
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Experience in the IT recruitment and Consulting area
  • Experience setting up a new brand or cold desk
  • Minimum 18 months recruitment experience
  • Working knowledge of IT project life cycles and any Cloud experience would be beneficial
