Client are a prestigious Australian media brand. Due to ongoing project demands they require 2 x Change Managers initially for 6 months but with excellent chance of extension.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing change & impact analysis.
  • Implementing change and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Writing and scheduling communications in line with the comms plan.
  • Conducting TNAs.
  • Supporting the project team as required.
  • Understanding projects that have a mixture of technology, culture and process change.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • People focus and ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
  • Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audience groups.
  • High level of organisation and coordination and the ability to deliver on activities across several projects.
  • Work efficiently to meet project commitments and aggressive deadlines.
  • Some experience in the government sector would be beneficial.
