SAP Change Manager - French & Dutch Speaking (Contract)

We are currently looking for a Dutch and French speaker SAP Change Manager to join an ongoing implementation, please can you check the specification and let me know if you could be suitable and interested in the position below?

Our client is looking for an SAP Change Manager to join an ongoing project role.

This is a Full time role for 12 months.

The project will be in Dutch and French.


Our client is looking for an SAP Organisational Change Manager to support the project core team in setting up and implementing a change, communication and training plan of a large S/4 HANA migration project that affects almost all NMBS management has an impact.

Main activities:

  • offers direct support and coaching to all levels from Team Leads to Executives
  • Makes improvements to the change methodologies.
  • Actively works to embed change management in the organization
  • Supporting project team in integrating change activities

Knowledge and complexity:

  • Knowledge level Master or equivalent through experience
  • at least 10 years of experience in a change management role with SAP applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the specific field/services
  • Knowledge of the structure and internal (working) procedures of the organization
  • General knowledge of current software and hardware
  • Thorough knowledge of specific ICT programs (translation support)
  • Thorough knowledge of change processes within large organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles and tools (eg ADKAR)
