We are ramping up our Digital Production Team. We believe our operational data in combination with digital technologies can help us to significantly improve the performance of our production facilities. We are currently developing a digital platform that will ensure uniform data access to all our production facilities. On top of the digital platform we are also developing scalable, solid and user-friendly digital products that will help our employees at the sites, or in global functions, improve the efficiency and safety at production operations. Our unit is responsible end-to-end for the impact of the digital products. This means that we establish the vision, develop, and deploy the products at the production sites.

We are now looking to hire Digital Business Analysts for the Digital Engineering programs:

  • Enable a digital workforce with technology and implementing a Digital Thread' for the engineering workflow, improving the way of working with the engineering data throughout the life cycle.


  • Analyze and document business cases
  • Detail out product requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Perform benefit calculations and measure the realized output
  • Participate in data harvesting and data structuring processes
  • Help to define data exchange methods and workflows
  • Support product implementation and change management needs


  • Master's degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Minimum two years relevant work experience in digital product development, industrial technology development, process engineering, operations improvements, or similar
  • Curious, a quick learner, and collaborative
  • Able to challenge ideas and views of stakeholders in a cross-cultural work environment
  • You like to explore how technology can solve real business problems
