Senior Freelance SAP FICO Consultant - East Brussels (Contract)
Location: East Brussels Country: Belgium Rate: Euros 650 - 750/Day
 

For one of my key end clients in Belgium I require a senior SAP FICO consultant for a Full time long term contract.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Tasks

  • Key user support & smaller configuration changes in area of SAP FI/CO and power BI (main focus on Finance)
  • Implementation of change requests in area of SAP FI (change request ~ 1 - 5 ) including updates user manuals
  • Geographical rollouts projects to other countries in area of accounting:
    • Configuration of the roll-out
    • Training to key users
    • Guidance during user acceptance testing
    • Go-live support

Your Required knowledge:

  • SAP Vendor Invoice management for PO, Non-PO and shipment costing related purchase invoices
  • SAP FI
    • Accounts payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • General ledger
    • Legal reporting: VAT, domestic declarations, intrastat
    • Fixed Assets
    • Integration logistics
    • All integrations with logistical transactions (sales & purchasing mainly) ->invoice processes & stock movements
    • Power BI models
    • We require to be able to support key users in power BI related questions when it comes to content of data & write technical specifications for changes (implemented by a developer), test them and hand-over to the key user
    • Client does not require you to have expertise in report creation, neither in making technical changes of the data model.

Profile:

  • Strong technical knowledge of the SAP FI & integration logistics module
  • Hands on & no-nonsense approach
  • Functional approach towards key users when analysing issues & providing training/knowledge transfers and during manual writing
  • Problem solver & ability to deliver
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Fluent English language skills

Duration: 6 months initial contract (actual contract 18 months +)
