This is a Belgium-based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology brand working on its largest digital and technological transformation program.

As a project planner, you are responsible for successfully realizing the (improvement) projects assigned to you. You ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, and budget and strive for progress by creating conditions in which the team and stakeholders can collaborate optimally.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Languages: Dutch (Fluent) + English
  • Agile project management (SCRUM)
  • You can accept and execute assignments independently.
  • Takes responsibility and follows through on commitments.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills.
  • You are communicative and a real team player.
  • You communicate tailored to your conversation partner.
  • Relevant experience as a planner or project manager.
  • Experience with various types of IT implementations: software, hardware, and others.
  • Experience with various methodologies for IT projects.
  • You value change management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • You can balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions.
  • You can quickly bring structure to complex situations. You can view issues from a distance to assess a problem as a whole, as well as zoom in on details at the right moment.
  • You are driven, and dynamic, and function well in a self-directing and flexible team.
