CLINICAL LEADER (Medical) 33-3165 (Contract)

Location: Toronto, Ontario Country: Canada


DESCRIPTION: This global medical and pharmaceutical manufacturer is currently searching for an experienced Clinical Leader to support the overall strategy of the company's technology portfolio. You will provide clinical and sales support by developing and implementing clinical support and education programs and providing consulting services for a variety of health care professionals and internal customers. Working closely with senior management and Human Resources, you will also assist in planning staffing levels for technology installations in accounts.

This position can be based within the Toronto Greater Area (GTA).


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a registered nurse (BScN preferred) with at least 2 years in an acute care setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: project management, planning, execution, time management and follow-through skills
  • Background in infusion therapy/pumps strongly preferred
  • Ability to establish rapport and relationships with customers (healthcare providers, hospital administrators) and/or business partners
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills such as Windows navigation, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Internet search
  • Excellent communication skills: written and presentation (preference for Bilingual French & English)
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and continuous improvement skills
  • Must have ability and willingness to travel up to 50% with a Valid Canadian driver's license
