JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Customer Program (SCP) is working with SAP's 200 most strategic customers to foster co-innovation and drive business development in SAP's fastest growing customer segment. The Global SCP Business Intelligence Development and Sales Analytics Lead will be a part of the global Center of Excellence and report directly to the Global SCP Business Development Lead. The new role will work with leading edge technologies and design, build and operate state-of-the-art dashboards and applications that enable the Strategic Customer Program leadership team to make Real Time business decisions, improve end-to-end processes and increase and simplify collaboration with our extensive number of stakeholders in SAP. The role will be responsible for running analyses and converting information into actionable insights that can be used to drive important strategic and operational business decisions at the global executive board level.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in software for App development (ie MS Power Apps and MS Power BI) and programming languages (ie Python, Java) to develop apps and online platforms. Knowledge in SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build and operate software applications to collect, analyze and report insightful information in the areas of sales operations, customer engagement and business development
  • Partner with business stakeholders & other team members in visualizing the new applications
  • Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management
  • Ability to discuss solutions with end users and understand their business needs
  • Participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of solutions involving collaboration, portals, content management, and workflows

SKILLS, CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong business acumen and executive level approach
  • Multi-year (4+) professional experience preferably in Business Intelligence Development - professional experience in management consulting is a plus
  • Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and software for App development (ie MS Power Apps and MS Power BI) or programming languages (ie Python, Java) to develop apps and online platforms
  • Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
  • Advanced skills in data science and statistics software (SPSS, R)
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, analytical and collaborative style of working
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science - MBA or other Master degree of renowned business school is a plus
